Raj Sardana, CEO

Raj Sardana is the Chief Executive Officer of ProBys, a wholly owned subsidiary of American CyberSystems, Inc. He is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience working with multi-national companies in several industries including investment and workforce management. Raj founded American CyberSystems in 1998 and has grown the enterprise to over $165M in annual revenue. He has amassed considerable expertise related to independent contractor classification and associated compliance issues through service to the largest Fortune 100 customers over the last decade.

Prior to founding American CyberSystems, Raj served as President and CEO of Applied Communications, Inc., a multi media and Technology company in Atlanta, GA. He also served as the President and CEO of a multi-million dollar venture capital company with a diverse and extensive investment portfolio in real estate, retail and service industries. Additional industries served include Technology, Aviation, Defense, Venture Investment and Financial sectors.

Raj has a Masters Degree in Technology from Georgia Tech. Raj brings a strategic vision and extensive experience in both the US and emerging markets.

Ashish Kathuria, President and Co-founder

Ashish has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. With an entrepreneurial spirit and the vision of creating an organization that focused on exceeding customer’s expectations with dedication, Ashish co-founded PROBYS in 1994. Earlier, Ashish worked for various Fortune 500 companies in USA like Allstate Insurance, Deloitte, IBM, EDS, etc. in roles ranging from Programmer Analyst to Database Administrator, etc. Prior to coming to USA in 1989, Ashish worked for CMC Limited in India as Systems Engineer.

Ashish earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) in Pilani, India.

Ashish is the founder and teacher of the Hindi Language program at Chinmaya Mission Chicago. He is actively involved as a volunteer for Mission activities.

Ratish Varshney, Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder

Ratish is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience working in technical and senior management positions with multi-national companies in several industries. These include Technology, Manufacturing, Telecom, Financial industries. Prior to founding ProBys, Ratish worked in various technical roles as Analyst, Programmer, Database Administrator and Application Architect.

Ratish has a Masters Degree in Computer Applications from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, New Delhi, India. He currently resides in Chicago, IL with his wife and one child. He is actively involved with Chinmaya Mission of Chicago and is part of the Hindi Language Program faculty.

Ratish brings a strategic vision and extensive operational experience in both the US and off-shore IT Staffing markets.

P. Nick Goel, Chief Accounting Officer

Nick Goel is the Chief Accounting Officer for ProBys. He joined parent company American CyberSystems, Inc. (ACS) in June 2005 as Controller. He has over 18 years of experience of finance and executive level management positions, with a comprehensive and diversified background in finance and accounting within the workforce management industry.

Previous financial and controlling experience includes working at Claredon Textiles, Inc., STI Sanoh Ltd., India where he successfully serviced all financial, accounting and general administration duties. Nick also served as General Manager of Finance for Girnar Fibres Ltd., India, which he joined upon completing the CPA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi in 1995.

Nick has a B.A. degree in Accounting from G.N.D. University in India. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant from Colorado State Board of Accountancy and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Gary Newman, Director Human Resources

Mr. Newman is currently a Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Law responsible for all aspects of Contracts Administration and Resource Management. Gary has spent his career developing, managing and overseeing the expansion of rapidly growing staffing service firms.

ProBys employs staff  on a global basis and Mr. Newman has administered human resources, employment related issues and regulations on the federal, state and local government level. Mr. Newman’s expertise includes such areas as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), policies and procedures related to pre-employment screening and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), workers compensation and employers’ liability issues, benefits and compensation administration, employee assessment and motivation, recruitment and employee relations.

Gary was the founder and President of Computer Managers Inc., an information technology consulting firm that merged with ProBys parent company American CyberSystems. Computer Mangers, Inc. was recognized as a leading technology, employment and growth firm by Inc. Magazine, Deloitte & Touche, The Talent Economy Magazine and Diversity.com. He had overall responsibility for management of the firm including short and long term financial planning, administration, human resources, operations and marketing.

Gary has been a consultant to many of the nation's leading firms on the design and implementation of numerous commercial applications. His expertise lies in enterprise direction, planning and management, while encompassing diverse enterprises, industries and environments.

A New Jersey resident, Gary received an M.B.A. Degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
